This charming 17th century villa can accommodate up to 28 people and is easily accessible via main roads and motorways. It is situated in Sils, Girona, Costa Brava, Spain, a 55 min. drive from Barcelona. The surrounding towns, including Girona, Figueres and Banyoles offer a wide variety of year-round entertainment and activities. Its tranquil countryside location is also ideal for visiting beach resorts along the famous Costa Brava, such as Tossa de Mar, Calella de Palafrugell and Roses.
The whole property is set in over 6.600 m2 of extensive private grounds and includes a swimming pool and pleasant sun bathing area, which is fenced off for children’s safety.
With its 7 rooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 cosy sitting rooms and a spacious hall this large villa offers every home comfort. It is the perfect place to organise a family holiday, reunion with a group of friends or for holding special events such as weddings, class reunions or company staff meetings.
This large holiday rental villa is furnished in a traditional Catalan style, with thick stone walls to keep the house cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. In addition, the entire property is decorated with beautiful tiles from the Girona, Costa Brava region. The whole house is full of superb and original features, including beamed ceilings in every room.
The surrounding land, belonging to the property, includes forests, farmlands and a pond which can be used for carp fishing.

Holiday Rental Accommodation Details
La Belladona is a large 565 m2 villa spread out over two floors as follows:
Ground Floor, sleeps 9
- A spacious 75 m2. entrance hall and a large dining room for up to 30 people.
- A large fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, and two refrigerators with freezers. The kitchen has a wide range of modern appliances, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery. In addition there is a dining area and a fireplace. Total surface area 25 m2.
- A spacious 25 m2. cellar full of traditional wine racks used for storage is accessed through the kitchen.
- Three bathrooms:
- Bathroom 1 (12 m2): between the kitchen and the sitting room, equipped with a shower, WC, bidet and hand basin.
- Bathrooms 2 and 3 (16 m2): at the end of the ground floor at the back of the house, each one has a shower, WC, bidet, and a hand basin.
- Sitting room with hi-fi, 50” flat screen TV, Sat, Mp3, DVD and DivX, warmly decorated with period pieces of furniture, 25 m2.
Three bedrooms situated on the right-hand side of the entrance hall:
- Bedroom 1 (18 m2): one 135 cm double bed, and one 90 cm single bed.
- Bedroom 2 (20 m2): two 135 cm double beds.
- Bedroom 3 (20 m2): two 90 cm single beds.
- All three rooms are suitable for disabled guests
- A large 75 m2. games room adjoining the living area is equipped with a football table, dartboard, pool table and other games for the younger ones. This room has an additional large freezer.
Upper floor, sleeps 17
- Four bedrooms located on both sides of the landing.
On the right-hand side, starting from the front of the villa:
- Bedroom 4 (25 m2): two 135 cm double beds and one single bed.
- Bedroom 5 (22 m2): one 135 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds.
On the left-hand side, starting from the front of the villa:
- Bedroom 6 (22 m2): two 135 cm double beds, and one 90 cm single bed.
- Bedroom 7 (23 m2): three 90 cm single beds. This room has an en suite bathroom complete with a shower, WC and hand basin.
- Bathroom 5 (15 m2): between rooms 4 and 5 complete with a bath, hand basin, bidet and WC.
- 25 m2 sitting room with TV and a small library.
There is central heating throughout the villa.
Exterior :
- Small 25 m2. cottage with barbecue and fireplace.
- 40 m2. covered outdoor dining area with barbecue located at the side of the villa with a large stone table and garden furniture for up to 26 people.
- 6 m2. separate outdoor WC situated close to the dining area.
- 150 m2. area containing a dining terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and a private swimming pool (5m x 10m), which is fenced off for children’s safety.
- 50 m2. private parking area
- Small 4000 m2 forest with typical Mediterranean trees and vegetation.
- 750 m2.vegetable garden with fruit trees.
- 50 m2 circular paved plot which was originally used to grind grain.
- Ping-Pong table in a large playground.

Holiday Rental Information
Villa La Belladonna is available to rent all year-round: by the fortnight, week, for a few days or just for a weekend. Prices quoted are for the rental of the entire property (capacity of 26 people).
Weeks booked during the summer months will run from Saturday to Saturday and include all costs and taxes pertaining to the property (electricity, water, linen, towels and final cleaning).
