Ca l’ Estrada is a completely restored old Catalan farmhouse located in a lovely area of natural beauty and tranquillity, 95 kms from Barcelona and 25 kms to the beaches of the Costa Brava in Catalonia, Spain.

The property is made up of two separated villas with a capacity that ranges from 16 to 38 people. The two holiday houses stand in an extensive fully fenced surface area of more than 5500 m2, covered with vegetation and set up with all the necessary facilities for enjoying a holiday with your family or a group of friends. Each villa has its own terrain with a private bathing area and play ground.
Beyond the fence there are cultivated fields and forests belonging to the property consisting of different kinds of trees typical of the Costa Brava vegetation.

In addition, their position near the Mediterranean Motorway AP-7, the National Road number 2 and Catalonia’s Eix Transversal ( the coast inland transverse road ) makes them an excellent starting point for a wide sort of cultural days out and sporting activities. Holiday Rental Accommodation Details

The villa ca l’ Estrada I stands in an extensive ground of more than 3000 m2 and has a built surface of 278 m2. The accommodation is spread out over two floors, fully equipped with central heating and one apartment within the bathing area. The total capacity of this villa is 22 distributed over 7 rooms.

The holiday rental villa is comfortably furnished in the traditional Catalan style, complete with charming tiles and beamed ceilings typical of the Girona Costa Brava region.

- Ground floor, sleeps 2:

Large sitting room for 24 people, 30 m2.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, wide range of modern appliances, all the cooking utensils, and cutlery you will need, 12 m2.
Bedroom 1: two 90 cm single beds, 15 m2.
Bathroom 1 with bath, washing machine, hand basin, bidet and wc, 6 m2.
Large and comfortable leaving room with Hi Fi , Tv with a flat screen of 42”,Sat, Mp3 and Dvd, 40 m2.
Upper floor, sleeps 16:

The holiday rental villa is comfortably furnished in the traditional Catalan style, complete with charming tiles and beamed ceilings typical of the Girona Costa Brava region.

The accommodation description is as follows,

- Ground floor, sleeps 4:

Sitting room with Hi Fi, Tv, Sat, Mp3 and Dvd, 32 m2
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, wide range of modern appliances, including a washing machine and all the cooking utensils,and cutlery you will need. The total surface area is 10 m2.

- On the right hand side of the sitting room:

Bedroom 1: one 135 double bed, 12 m2.

- On the left hand side of the sitting room:

Bedroom 2: one 135 double bed, 12 m2.
