Villa Lo Paller de ca l’ Estrada is a completely restored old Catalan stone farmhouse located in a lovely area of natural beauty  and tranquillity in Riudarenes, 85 km from France, 95 kms from Barcelona and 25 kms to the beaches of the Costa Brava.
The holiday house is set in over a private fenced area of 2500 m² surrounded by farmland and forest belonging to the property. Their built surface of 215 m² accommodating 17 people is spread out over 2 floors and consistist of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a large sitting room.

This holiday rental villa is comfortably furnished in the traditional Catalan style, completed with charming tiles works and beamed ceilings typical of the Girona Costa Brava region in Catalonia.
The spacious outdoor grounds  is covered with vegetation and set up with all the necessary facilities including the large fenced off bath area, the playground , the covered park car area and porch for up to 17 people.

The house has its own automatic outdoor gate and does not share nothing with ca l’ Estrada from which is separated by a fence and a high dense vegetation to preserve the  privacy.

The location of this large villa near the Mediterranean Motorway AP-7, the National Road number 2 ( written II ) and Catalonia’s Eix Transversal ( the coast inland  transverse road ) makes it an excellent starting point for a wide sort of cultural days out and sporting activities to Barcelona, Costa Brava beaches, the Pyrenees, Andorra or France.

Holiday Rental Accommodation Details

Villa Lo Paller de ca l’Estrada  is a large 215 m² villa spread out over two floors as follows:

Ground floor, sleeps 4 :

Main rooms are as follows:

• Dining room for up to 17 people, with Hi-Fi, TV, Sat, Mp3 and DVD, 32 m².
• Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, wide range of modern appliances and all the cooking  utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery you will need,  10 m².
• Sitting room with a 50” flat screen TV, library and WC. It has an additional refrigerator with freezer, 38 m².

There are 2 bedrooms as follows:

• Bedroom 1: one 135 cm double bed, 12 m²
• Bedroom 2: one 135 cm double bed, 12 m²

There are 2 bathrooms located as follows:

• Bathroom 1: located between bedroom 2 and the kitchen, with shower, WC and hand basin, 6 m².
• Bathroom 2: located at the end of the dining room and close to the stairs to the first floor, with shower, WC and hand basin, 9 m²

Upper floor, sleeps 13:

There are 3 bedrooms as follows:

• Bedroom 3 : one 135 cm double bed and one 90 cm single bed, 12 m².
• Bedroom 4 : one 135 cm double bed, 12 m².
• Bedroom 5 : one 135 cm double bed and six 90 cm single beds, 32 m².

There are 2 bathrooms, located as follows:

• Bathroom 3 : located between bedroom 3 and 4, with shower, WC and hand basin, 8 m².
• Bathroom 4 : located at the upstairs landing in front of the upstairs dormitory – bedroom 5 –, with shower, WC and hand basin, 9 m².

Exterior:

•  A long wide covered walkway alongside the façade with tables and chairs, 3x15 m. communicating the main house to the adjoining sitting room.
• Large private bathing area with a 6 x 11 pool surrounded by lush vegetation and rustic fence for children’ s safety, chaise lounges and other garden furniture, 450 m².
• Covered barbecue and large stone table eating area adjoining the bathing area. Close to it there is a porch with seating for up to 17 persons, total surface 45 m².
• Spacious ground between the façade and the fenced bathing area with garden furniture, ping pong talbe and kicker (foosball), 110 m²
• The house Lo Paller has direct car access with automatic outdoor gate being 80 m far away from outdoor gate of ca l’ Estrada.
• Large esplanade with covered park car area, playground area with swing, small horse, hut and sand plot. 500 m².
• As long as with the rest of the outdoor area the  esplanade is full of typical mediterrenean vegetation.

Holiday Rental Booking Information

Villa lo Paller del Mas Estrada is available to rent all year round: for a fortnight, a week, a few days within the week or just for a weekend. Prices quoted are for the rental of the entire property and are in euros all inclusive and without any hidden charges.
Weekly bookings in the months of  June, July and August run from Friday to Friday. In the rest of the year weekly periods are flexible.
Weekend periods run from Friday to Sunday. Additional days, when booking long weekends, have a special price.
We ask for a deposit of first 20 % to confirm the booking. Balance is due one month before your arrival. A refundable damage deposit of 200 euros is to be paid in cash at clients arrival and will be returned on check-out day. Guests are requested to arrive no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am. Nevertheless some flexibility by arrangement will be considered.

• Maid service for cooking, extra cleaning or general domestic assistance. Meals  cooked with fresh ingredients, invoiced at their cost and served with our own professional cooks result in an average price per person of from 8 to 10 euros.
• Rental of modern mountain bikes for adults.
