This charming stone villa is a restored old farmhouse located in the heart of the countryside in the inland Costa Brava and just 55 minutes from Barcelona. It has easy access from south-western France (Toulouse, Montpellier and Perpignan ), through main motorways such as AP-7 alongside the Spanish Mediterranean cost and the highway N-II that leads to Madrid. Furthermore there are also excellent communications with the international airports of Barcelona (BCN) and Girona (GRO), Ryanair flights and the major air lines such as: British Airways, Lufthansa, SAS, etc.

The property consists of over 5500 m2 of private enclosed grounds where you will enjoy the charming main house, the small cottage and the spacious screened porch (272 m2) which is ideal for celebrations. In addition there is a fenced off pleasant private bathing area, a grove of trees with a terrific playground for children, a large grass esplanade (volleyball anyone ? ) and a decorative garden highlighting antique farming implements. A remote control iron gate secures your total privacy.
The main house can accommodate up to 32 people in 9 fully decorated bedrooms, 9 bathrooms (4 en suite), 2 living rooms, and a spacious dining room with kitchen attached. This villa offers all the comforts of home for any large group.
The entire house is decorated with beautiful tiles from the Girona Costa Brava county and is full of superb features, including beamed ceilings in every room.
The villa is furnished in the traditional Catalan style, with thick stone walls to keep the house cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. For your additional comfort there is central heating and air conditioning throughout.
The whole property provides an excellent venue for a family holiday, a reunion with a group of friends, for holding special events such as weddings, parties, celebrations, class reunions or company staff meetings

SMALL COTTAGE
A 25 m2 cottage is situated within the fenced grounds and is just 85 m. from the main house. Very private. It has one 135 cm double bed and an en suite bathroom (VIII) with shower, WC and hand basin.

Villa Mas Figueres is available to rent all year round: for a fortnight, a week, a few days within the week or just for a weekend. Prices quoted are for the rental of the entire property and are in Euros, all inclusive and without any hidden charges.
Weekly bookings in the months of June, July and August run from Sunday to Sunday. In the rest of the year weekly periods are flexible.
Weekend periods run from Friday to Sunday. Additional days, when booking long weekends, have a special discounted price.
We ask for a deposit of 20 % to confirm the booking. Balance is due one month before your arrival. A refundable damage deposit of 200 Euros is to be paid in cash at clients arrival and will be returned on check-out day. Guests are requested to arrive no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am. Some flexibility by arrangement will be considered.
